In my free time, I like to tinker on various project ideas. Since coding harnesses have made it easier than ever to build software, lately I've been focusing on ideas that are creative and overlooked. Here's a selection of them, and you can find more on GitHub.

Projects

Waymore

In 2024, I couldn't find any data on Waymo ride prices and wait times. So I created one of the first comprehensive Waymo ride datasets and built an interactive map to visualize it.

NVL72 Visualization

NVL72 is one of the most powerful rack-scale AI systems today. I built an interactive guide that visualizes every component that makes it up.

Claude Tracker

Claude Plays Pokémon was a 24/7 Twitch stream of Claude playing Pokémon Red. I built an agent with tool calling and memory that watched along and autonomously posted commentary to X.

Gitingest MCP

When model context protocol (MCP) servers were first introduced, I built one that let agent harnesses ingest entire Git repositories as context. At its peak, it handled thousands of tool calls each month.

GoodreadStats

Goodreads gives you very few statistics about your reading history, so I built a site that does.

Davis Course Search

Course catalogs can be daunting to sift through, so I embedded every UC Davis course and built a dashboard that lets students search them using natural language.
